1. Sleep with Your Head to the Side
Snoring occurs when the muscles in the back of the tongue and soft palate fall against the back of the throat, blocking the airways. Some people may snore when the mucus lining dries up. This happens when you don’t drink plenty of water during the day. If you feel your nose is a bit too dry at night, drink about half a glass of water before bed. Do not drink too much water close to bedtime because you might need to wake up at night to go to the bathroom. It’s better to drink plenty of water during daytime.
