My job is so strenous that I don’t get time to meditate. Moreover, I cannot concentrate or sit steady. I suffer from hypertension; my family is worried as this affects my health. Now the circumstances have become very alarming. I seek your advice. Is meditation, which I am unable to do, the only solution? I surrender to you and seek your blessings.

You are born accidentally to a particular pair of parents? You are not on this earth because your parents wanted ‘you’. When man and woman meet on the physical level and do not use any contraception, the woman is likely to get pregnant. And at that particular time, when she is conceiving, whichever individual soul is around, it just rushes. And there is not only one, but hundreds of souls, which are waiting to be born; so they just rush. And the one that wins the race enters the mother’s womb. Most of these souls are devilish. The reason being, no good soul would rush like this. Unless and until they are asked to come, they won’t.

Life is so short but yet life is so beautiful. Life is a moment and moments are flickering. Life is a moment and moments are transient, changeable. Life is a beauty but it withers away. Life is a smile but it fades out. Life is a blossom but it dries out.
Again I repeat the question, what is life? Life is a cascade but yet it dwindles out. Life is a stream flowing endlessly but yet it dries away one day.
So these flickering moments, changing times, moving moments, an existence has to be explored which doesn’t change, does not wither, does not dry up, there is not a moment where there is ‘the end’ to that existence.
There is a beautiful saying of a woman mystic of Rajasthan; a small, at one time princely state of India, the queen mystic - Meera. Meera says: who will enjoy the essence of life? And she answers herself, “One who has drunk the cup of divinity will enjoy the life”. One whose cup is not full of divinity will never, never enjoy life.
Mind is a tool and if one knows how to use it then it can be of help to you in many ways. On the contrary, if one does not know how to use this tool then your own mind becomes devil and can make you suffer. Learn and understand the intricacies of mind, its way of working; learn the art of meditation and you will live in great peace and comfort as any one who meditates grows in more than one way.
more...This is an interesting question because more than half of the humanity is a believer in God, and every religion has its own definition which is quite different from the definition given by the other religion. This earth is having more than 350 religions, so we can say there are more than 350 kinds of God. And in this whole jamboree of so many plural Gods, one is seemingly so different from the one. It really confuses the mind. Then sometimes one tends to say that there isn’t any God and it’s just the fabrication of the human mind. Some sociologists come out with their own definitions that God is an idea which has been concocted by the priests and by the politicians for selfish interests. For some ulterior motive, God has been created, because God is never going to come up and say ‘I am God’.

The electric current does not make any choices. It is how we use it. Similarly understand this, God is not the planner and dictator of our lives. God is the energy, God is the existence. We have been given the energy to think and we have been given the faculty to think, how and about what we think depends on us. We can use this thinking power in an abusive way or make good use of this power. The closest simile which I am giving is of electric current. How we will use it: it depends upon us
